As a graduate from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and a member of CMMOTA association, Shelly is passionate about helping people reach their wellness goals. She specializes in a light to moderate pressure that is fluid and grounding and incorporates assessment into each session to make sure her clients get the best possible outcomes. It is important to her that she creates a safe comfortable space for all and is guided by a holistic approach for mind & body balance. Shelly is also certified in cupping, manual lymphatic drainage, scar release therapy and reiki.
In her off time you can find her wandering in nature with her dog Gus.

Pure Relaxation
60 minutes to calm and relax the nervous system. Essential oils and hot towels included. $99
Therapeutic
60 minutes working on what ails you, let's figure it out and get you feeling better. $110
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Working with the lymphatic system requires a gentle touch, this is a very relaxing treatment and good for swelling, inflammation and overall well being. $110
Scar Release Therapy
This treatment uses microcurrent point stimulation, it helps soften tight scar tissue and reduces fascial restrictions. This can help with chronic pain caused by surgery or trauma. $120
